As the Holcim Transport Manager for WA and the NT, I am more than happy to write a testimonial reference for Zenith Low Loaders and all their team who continually support our business in Perth and across the regional areas of our state.
Zenith Low Loaders and Holcim have a long standing relationship, more notably for me, has been the past couple of years during my tenure as Holcim Transport Manager in which Mal and his team have provided invaluable support to our major projects around the state, together with supply of aggregates and sand into our internal supply chain of concrete plants and our sand and hard rock quarry operations. Their exceptional service to these projects and their high standards in regards to safety and ‘load restraint’ led Holcim to award several contracts for Bulk Heavy haulage to our aggregates business. Putting our Brand and Logo onto a contractors vehicles to represent Holcim is not something we take lightly.
I am always impressed at the customer service from the Zenith team when thrown a logistical puzzle at a very late hour and usually on short notice whether it be carting aggregates or Hauling large pieces of mobile or fixed plant across Australia. This is all on top of complying with Holcim’s rigorous compliance and onboarding systems for the trucks and equipment along with compulsory inductions for all driving staff before starting work on any Holcim site.
Holcim engage Zenith for the cartage of our quarry and sand materials that could see anything from fine aggregates to Armor rock be delivered to a residential sub-division or major projects including major highway construction and port upgrades. I have zero problems sleeping at night knowing the Zenith team and their experience are fully capable of achieving our CoR expectations between each other and can trust in their extensive knowledge of the Main Roads RAV network system and all protocols within our industry. I’ve been witness to Zenith’s continuous development of their own software designed for fatigue management which is one of the best I’ve seen in our industry.
